specialisation in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Working
Capital Management, Debt Restructuring, Project Finance,
FEMA, MIS, Critical Financial Analysis, Customs and
Foreign Trade.
She was trained at Seshachalam & Co during her
articleship and then moved to KPMG, Hyderabad post
qualification to work in the Statutory Audit division,
as an audit executive, dealing with MNC clientele. She
handles and oversees Statutory Audit and Taxation at
Seshachalam & Co.
CA P Lalitha is a Chartered Accountant and an Information
Systems Auditor having more than three decades of
experience in industry and practice. She initially
started her career with Deloitte handling the audits of
Indian and Multinational Companies.
Lalitha has handled internal audits and special audit
assignments of large corporates. Apart from this she has
experience in bank audits and direct taxes.
