He has nearly a decade and half of experience in Auditing, Corporate Advisory Services, Risk Management, Strategic Business Consulting, Investment and Wealth Management Advisory Services. His specialisation also includes Advising and Training of professionals in the field of Investment, ACCA(UK), IFRS, International Forex Market and Wealth Management in India and Overseas. He trained 1000’s of people in the area of Wealth Management and presented papers in various chapters of ICAI and Chamber of Commerce.

CA P Lalitha is a Chartered Accountant and an Information Systems Auditor having more than three decades of experience in industry and practice. She initially started her career with Deloitte handling the audits of Indian and Multinational Companies.
Lalitha has handled internal audits and special audit assignments of large corporates. Apart from this she has experience in bank audits and direct taxes.

She had her initial training in the firm and later joined the firm after a short stint with an MNC .She handles Audit and Taxation of Corporates and Non Corporates in the firm.

CA P Giridhar is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Company Secretary and Information Systems Auditor. He has more than three decades of experience in handling the finance function of large Indian coporates and MNC’s. He was associated in senior managerial positions with companies like Diebold Inc, USA, Flow Serve Corporation, USA and Saf ran Engineering Services, France
He led various initiatives like rolling out and testing of SOX compliance in India, capital
structuring, M&A, acquisitions, fund raising etc
He is currently rendering services as a
virtual CFO and mentor to several startups and SME’s
An active speaker in various professional forums and a regular contributor of articles to
professional news letters and journals. Represented
the industry as Member of the
Committee for Members in Industry of Southern India Regional Council of ICAI, Chennai.
He is also an active Rotarian
